Refund Policy

Orders

• Canceled or failed: the full charge is returned to your wallet automatically.
• Partial: the undelivered share of the order is refunded in proportion to the remaining quantity.
• Completed: not refundable. Where a service offers refill, you may request it from the order page.

Wrong links or private profiles

Orders placed with incorrect or private links may fail or complete without result. Please double-check your link before ordering.

Deposits

Approved deposits are credited to your wallet and are not refundable to the original payment method except where required by law. Rejected deposits never credit your wallet.

Disputes

Open a support ticket within 7 days of the order and include the order ID.
